Interior House Painting |
Color Selection: |
| The first step will be to decide what colors you would like to paint the interior of your home. Paint swatches and samples are available for viewing and pickup at your local Sherwin Williams and Kwal paint stores. Sherwin Williams also has a color visualizer to view colors in your home on a PC or Mac at (https://www.sherwin-williams.com/visualizer/) Please keep in mind that colors may vary in shade depending on the quality of your monitor/screen and may look different than the actual paint on your home. If you need further assistance, Baseline Painting offers a free color consultation through Sherwin Williams at selected store locations near you. If you are uncertain about how a color may look up on your house, Baseline Painting will provide up to three free samples per household for you to pick-up at an agreed Sherwin Williams or Kwal store location. Every sample after that is $10 dollars each. Once you have selected your colors, please email or fax your color selection form to Baseline Painting. When Baseline matches a color from a different paint manufacturer into a Sherwin Williams or a Kwal paint, we will have you sign-off on the newly matched color swatch before we begin your painting project. | |
Scheduling: |
| Baseline will schedule your painting start date after receiving your colors and price confirmation on our color selection form. Our office staff will always make our best efforts to keep your original project schedule, but at times we may move your start date due to weather or other unforseen circumstances. | |
Before We Start: |
| The homeowner must perform miscellaneous duties in the home to prepare for crew arrival. Please remove all pictures, photos, anything hanging on the walls, or any item on wall mounted shelves or book cases. Please place those items on a bed, table or any other safe place away from the walls so they can easily be covered with plastic. Your estimator will discuss & schedule what is to be done with your blinds and, curtains, valances or hardware for safe storage. Our painters will move large items in the home unless other arrangements have been made with the estimator before we cover them in plastic. The crew is not responsible for removing and or installing hardware, however, Baseline will remove all switch plate & outlet covers that are screwed into the walls. If you have pets, we ask that you keep them outside or in a room which is not being painted that day. | |
