Scheduling:
Baseline will schedule your start date after receiving the signed proposal and price confirmation by fax or email. Our office staff will always make our best efforts to keep your original project schedule, but at times we may move your start date due to weather or other unforseen circumstances.
Before We Start:
It is the responsibility of the homeowner to perform miscellaneous duties in the drywall & texturing area to prepare for crew arrival. Please remove all artwork, photos and other items from the walls and wall area. We suggest to use cardboard boxes for temporary storage of the small items. Large items will be moved and covered in plastic.
Start Date & What To Expect:
1.) Prep-Work- We use drop clothes, plastic, and paper as needed to protect the area. 2.) Drywall & texture – The application of drywall and texture will be dependent on your scope of work. Your estimator will review that with you during your estimate. (CLICK HERE) 3.) Clean-up- The crew will remove all plastic, tape and debris left from the prep-work, drywall and texture. 4.) Final Walk Through- The crew leader will walk the project with you to verify completion. Our crew leader will present a simple completion form for you to check-off and sign. 5.) Payment – Payment is due in full at time of walk through unless other arrangements were made with Baseline Painting in writing.
